Came here to say chenille (often synthetic but sometimes silk!) and also Undercover I think is Jun Takahashi not Junya Watanabe which only pinged in my mind because I found an undercover cotton cashmere sweater at goodwill for $12 today and the requisite googling that ensued… great read as always <3
